Leveraging its expertise in specialised non-woven materials, the company has developed a comprehensive range of air filtration media for all applications and partners with international giants such as Honeywell. Its core product range includes HVAC filtration media, commercial HVAC filtration media, and MERV-rated HVAC filtration media. For industrial applications, the company offers furnace filtration media and MERV 13 furnace filtration media; filtration grades cover MERV 11, MERV 13, as well as ISO 16890 ePM2.5 70 and ISO 16890 ePM1 60 filtration media. Additionally, the company has specialised in the research and development of ERV/HRV filter media, data centre HEPA filter media, data centre MERV 13 filter media, and data centre pre-filter media. Combined with high-flow HEPA filters, these provide highly reliable filtration media suitable for complex operating conditions.
Specialised Non-woven：
Specialised non-woven materials are the core flagship products of Zhejiang Shenglan New Materials. As a fundamental substrate in the filtration sector, the company has leveraged 18 years of technical expertise to establish a diversified product portfolio with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tonnes, certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Core products include synthetic filling media, activated carbon filter media, carbon filter media and hydrophobic media. Among these, activated carbon and carbon filter media can remove odours and harmful gases, whilst hydrophobic media are water- and oil-repellent, making them suitable for complex environments. The products offer advantages such as low resistance and high dust-holding capacity, with controllable performance. They not only support the production of the company’s own filtration products but can also be supplied separately to meet the demand for specialised materials across multiple sectors, with customisation services available.
Liquid Filtration：
Based on specialised non-woven materials, Zhejiang Shenglan New Materials has developed a comprehensive range of liquid filtration media to meet the liquid purification needs of multiple industries. The products offer high filtration precision, acid and alkali resistance, and a high dirt-holding capacity. Core products include panel, micro-pleated and bag-type filtration media, with the launch of disposable filtration media MERV 8-10-11-13, V-plate filter media (MERV 14-15-16), as well as specially developed filter media for power generation and industrial applications, designed to withstand harsh industrial environments. By combining hydrophobic media in composite applications, the products achieve precise filtration. The company provides customised solutions and comprehensive technical support to help clients optimise filtration processes and reduce operational costs.
